Synopsis

Eruption “2001 / 2010” - the chronostory, as told by people that live on Etna, in the evolutions of its eruptions, using as a base our images.

In the meantime slowly, the spectator is taken inside “the data-gathering” (an enormous quantity of data), that will lead to the answers and scientific theories on the latest eruptions. A new type of research will also be introduced...

What is it? How does it work? Will we succeed, maybe with the help of more powerful calculations, to follow the evolution of an eruption almost in real time? But has Etna changed? Or has the way of doing research changed? In this case, we will use the images of CHT by the title of “Etna” by Harun Tazief, where it’s shown how research was more than 30 years ago.
